The goods will not be delivered until the customer's payment to Leafy Lion has cleared in full.

Order Notes
All transactions are carried out in Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail, complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

Confirmation of your order does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term as protection in the event that a mistake has been made in the pricing, we have inadvertently under priced goods, or we are not able to supply a particular item for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. UK deliveries will usually take place within 5 working days, however, during peak periods you should allow 7 to 10 days Unfortunately we currently don’t post internationally due to high risk of using international carriers. But if you would like us to ask us to ask a particular crafter for and international service, contact us and we shall enquire.. On the rare occasion that any items are out of stock, we will contact you immediately. Some items might also be made to order items, any extra time will be posted in item descriptions.
We generally dispatch all goods via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Parcel Force post but may use other couriers dependent on the order size.
We always try to send all items of your order together, however, on the rare occasion that any items are out of stock, we will dispatch the outstanding item to you as soon as possible. You will only be charged one delivery charge per order.

Returns & Refund Policy
We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days by email to customersupport@leafylion.co.uk or by phone 07944 326662.

Other items may be refunded or exchanged provided that the item has not been used, that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, and that you have taken reasonable care to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Post and package costs for both the initial purchase and for the return are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

As some of the items we sell are originals, there may not be an opportunity to replace with an exact match. Some items are also made to order, so replacement might incur a waiting time for item to be made.

In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs of postage and will either refund or exchange the goods. Please send the parcel via a signed for service.
